Shipping and Payment

Shipping costs

Every piece is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs depend on the destination:

Germany: €5.99, free from €70 order value
EU countries: €11.99, free from €150 order value
Japan: €18.00, free from €180 order value
Other countries (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA): €18.00

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge or show VAT. If you pay in US dollars or yen, prices are converted at the rate shown.

Delivery times

We ship within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days. For other countries, the carrier's transit time is added: usually 5–10 business days within the EU and 7–21 business days to other countries. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive the tracking number by email.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, import VAT and carrier fees may apply. They are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
